EuroScan is sitting at the press centre where the winners’ press conference after the first semifinal of the 56th Eurovision Song Contest here in Düsseldorf. EuroScan is on its way to Sarpsborg, where the last chance heat of Melodi Grand Prix 2011 is taking place tonight. In couple of hours, we will be interviewing two of the favourites to qualify to the final, namely Mimi Blix and Susperia.  We will also cover the dress rehearsal, starting at 16.00 CET and, of course, the live heat, starting at 19.55. Melodi Grand Prix, a flashback
Melodi Grand Prix 2011 kicked off for ten days ago. Two semifinals have already taken place; in each of them, former MGP-contestants team up during the interval act where their own genres blend together. Last saturday, Alexander Stenerud performed a medley of his songs (together with Guri Schanke), in a week and a half, Maria Haukaas Mittet will take over in the Last chance heat in Sarpsborg....

Congratulations Venke and Bjørn!
EuroScan is back in Göteborg after a real exciting night! Bjørn Johan Muri beat Gaute Ormåsen, and Venke Knutson beat the former favourite, Mira Craig, meaning they both got a ticket to next week’s final in Oslo Spektrum. The reactions on video are coming in a minute.
