Everything you ought to know before tonight
The final of the Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix is to begin in less than an hour, and EuroScan was at the dress rehearsal earlier today. We can tell you that the opening number is simply wonderful, you should definitely not miss the beginning of the final, 19.55 CET on NRK1. Here is the running order of tonight’s final:

3 - Babel Fish - Depend on me
4 - The Lucky Bullets - Fire Below
5 - The BlackSheeps - Dance Tonight
6 - Stella Mwangi - Haba Haba

Later tonight, the eight finalists will be reduced to four during the superfinal (Gullfinale). The voting procedure this year is divided in seven results, starting by the audience from Oslo Spektrum, then the four local juries from Ørland, Florø, Skien and Sarpsborg. The two last results are the heavier ones, the televoting of course, first Western + Northern + Southern Norway and finally Eastern Norway + Trøndelag. The entry which gets most points at the end of the voting procedure will represent Norway at the Eurovision Song Contest. EuroScan will be gathering the contestants’ reactions after the show.
